An assisted sale in a nutshell. Example.

Imagine a property owner has a house that needs a new kitchen and bathroom to attract buyers. They’re struggling to sell it at a price that covers the cost of the needed work, we could agree to fund the renovations and share in the profits once it sells for a higher price. 

This is a very nice, desireable house. However, it might not be selling due to the old bathroom. This is something that we would replace with a very high standard new bathroom.

Reduced Rightmove price (21.04.25): £450,000

Renovation cost: £20,000

Analyser price after renovations: £500,000

The same goes for the kitchen, a brand new kitchen would add value to the property whilst making it a more desireable purchase.

In my 20’s I built a successful video production company and in my early 30s I invested in my first property. Like many people, I had money in the bank that just wasn’t working for me. 

I realised that after working so hard to earn my money, I now had to work just as hard to keep it. 

Low pensions and interest rates weren’t working for me. So I took back control of my wealth and that is exactly what I want to help others to do.
